Currency & Vouchers

Additionally, all payments are exclusively processed in Swiss francs (CHF). If you have received a discount code or gift card, we naturally accept these vouchers. International Payments

However, please note that payments made from outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein often incur additional costs. Because of varying banking policies, any applicable bank transfer or exchange rate fees must be borne by the buyer. Nevertheless, please pay close attention to the information regarding the production time of your custom sneakers. Since every single pair is handcrafted to perfection, this timeframe is specified in each individual item description. Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that this production window is independent of your chosen shipping method. Thus, the production time must undoubtedly be added to the standard shipping time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Generally, you have the choice between two distinct shipping methods at checkout. Notably, the "PostPac Economy" option provides completely free shipping for your convenience. Conversely, "PostPac Priority" incurs a minor surcharge of 2 CHF for faster handling. Besides that, please remember that standard delivery times for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are approximately 2 to 5 business days, in addition to the aforementioned production time.

International Deliveries

Occasionally, when delivering to countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional costs may apply in individual cases. Even though we strive to keep shipping affordable, the seller is not responsible for these local charges. Therefore, they must ultimately be borne by the customer.

Possible Additional Fees

For instance, these extra expenses can include costs for money transfers by credit institutions, such as transfer and exchange rate fees. Similarly, you might encounter import duties and taxes, such as local customs duties. For this reason, we strongly advise international customers to verify their local import regulations.
