Payment
You can pay for your order by Visacard, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Twint, Postfinance, Gecko Card, Samsung Pay, Google Pay as well as by redeeming a voucher. All payments including vouchers are made in Swiss francs.
If you are in possession of a voucher, you can redeem it when placing your order by entering the code in the designated area during check-out.
If the customer makes payments outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional costs such as bank transfer or exchange fees may arise and will be borne by the buyer.
Shipping
We ship with the Swiss Post. Please note the information about the production time of your custom sneaker which is included in each item description. This is independent of your chosen shipping method. The production time must be added to the shipping time.
PostPac Economy: Free shipping.
PostPac Priority: 2 CHF surcharge.

Shipping Worldwide
For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
