Refund and Return Policy

1. Refund for Incorrect Delivery of Size and/or Design

All items are handcrafted and made to order, therefore all sales are final (except in the case of incorrect delivery of size or design), and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure the ordered size will fit prior to placing your order.

If we deliver an incorrect order, e.g., wrong size, wrong design, we will correct our mistake. Please contact us upon receiving your order. Exchanges are only possible under specific conditions, and the merchandise must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging.

If you are granted a refund, please note that fees will be deducted from your refund. This fee varies depending on your payment option.

You can contact us at info@tritt-kunst.ch. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return of Personalized Items (Custom Sneakers)

At Tritt-Kunst, we create each sneaker individually and made-to-order. Since our custom sneakers are personalized, unique items refined according to your wishes, a standard right of return or exchange due to a change of mind is excluded.

We therefore ask you to ensure you select the correct shoe size before ordering. If you are unsure about the size, we recommend trying on the corresponding base model (e.g., Nike Air Force 1) in a store beforehand.

3. Defects and Production Errors

Quality is our top priority. If your custom sneaker arrives with a defect despite our strict quality control (e.g., material defect of the base shoe or severe deviations from the agreed-upon design), we naturally take responsibility.

Please note: Normal wear and tear resulting from wearing the shoes (such as creases in the leather or abrasion) are not considered defects.

4. Procedure for Complaints

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Here is how to proceed:

  • Send an email to: contact@tritt-kunst.ch
  • Provide us with your order number.
  • Include clear photos of the defect or damage.

We will review your request as quickly as possible and offer you a solution (e.g., repair or replacement).

5. Order Cancellation

Canceling your order is only possible as long as we have not yet started processing it or purchasing your base shoe. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
